On January 31st 2020, Safelok Components contacted Firetrace Ltd due to their CNC machine catching fire after an unexpected drill failure.

I gave Firetrace a call late on Friday afternoon regarding the extinguished system. Firetrace Ltd had an engineer on site the following Monday when we reopened for business. He came with all relevant replacement parts to get us back up and running the same day.
