Improving efficiencies at Vantage Products Limited
Market leading manufacturer and distributor of fabricated stainless steel healthcare and sanitary ware items, Vantage Products Ltd of Daventry (www.vantageproducts.co.uk) have recently taken delivery of a brand new 3kw fiber laser cutting system from Penta Laser UK.
The system supplied by Penta Laser UK is a Swing VII 3kw 3015 fiber laser featuring IPG laser source and Precitec cutting head technology.

The new Penta system replaces a Trumpf L3050 CO2 laser and offers an impressive 85% saving on energy costs as well as offering highly flexible design options using Lantek Expert CNC control.

The Penta range offers laser powers 2kW-40kW and cutting bed sizes from 3×1.5m to 12×2.5m.
