TVK Line
TVK is GH’s range of compact vertical induction machines designed to combine the processing area, control components, power systems and cooling systems in a single integrated unit.
This compact architecture minimises floor space requirements while maintaining sufficient accessibility for operation and maintenance.
The range is organised according to machine frame size and power capacity: TVK-S up to 100 kW, TVK-M up to 200 kW, TVK-L up to 400 kW, as well as double configurations such as TVK-SD up to 100+100 kW and TVK-MD up to 200+50 kW.
Depending on the machine version, the TVK line can process parts up to 400 mm, 800 mm or 1000 mm in length, with a maximum allowable part diameter of 150 mm and standard part weights below 50 kg, with reinforced frame solutions available for heavier components. The TVK line is intended for industrial heat treatment applications requiring compact design, robust construction and reliable machine performance.

Inkompac Essential

inKompac Essential is GH’s single-output induction generator range for manufacturers looking for a compact, efficient and technically reliable induction solution with a simplified architecture.
The range includes three standard configurations: 15 kW at 10–25 kHz, 25 kW at 10–25 kHz, and 18 kW at 150–250 kHz, covering medium- and high-frequency applications with medium-low power ratings.
Based on GH’s SiC technology and fully digital control, it provides inverter efficiency above 99%, system efficiency up to 95%, series resonant operation, SIEMENS PLC control with 7” touch screen, FPGA and 32-bit ARM-based electronics, and local or remote communication via Profinet.
Typical operations include continuous or discontinuous heating, brazing and soldering, curing, coating and drying, general preheating, mechanical assembly, bonding, and the heating of small parts in narrow spaces, whether in stationary, mobile, manual or integrated production environments.

Control induction pace

The TVK is the line of compact vertical TVK machines.
The processing area, control components, power systems and cooling systems are combined into one single system, which minimizes the surface area required on the ground, with enough space to easily carry out operations and maintenance.
This division depends on the machine frame size:
TVK-S (Small): Up to100KW
TVK-M (Medium): Up to 200KW
TVK-L (Large): Up to 400KW

TVK-SD (Small Double): Up to 100+100KW
TVK-MD (Medium Double): Up to 200+50KW

Induction short-circuit ring brazing

GH Induction technology is used to join the short-circuit copper ring to the conductive bars of the squirrel cage rotors with the highest temperature homogeneity up to 3m diameter rings.

Shrink Fit Technology – Power Clamp

For years, HAIMER has been leading in the development of inductive shrink technology for tool holders. Many patents, mainly in the area of inductive coils, are visible proof for innovation and progress.

The patented coil technology in conjunction with the intelligent power electronics form the core of HAIMER shrink fit technology.

3D-Sensors and Centering Devices

The HAIMER 3D-Sensors are very precise and wide-ranging measurement devices for milling and EDM machines (isolated probe tip). They are clamped into a tool holder and inserted into a milling spindle and make it possible to position the spindle axis exactly on the edges of the workpiece. This allows for zeros to be set and the length to be measured quickly and easily. You may approach in any direction (X-, Y-, Z-Axis). When the dial gage shows zero, the spindle axis is exactly on the workpiece edge.

Only the HAIMER 3D-Sensor allows for the edge to be found on the first attempt. No calculating of the probe’s ball diameter is necessary – just Zero it out! Problems with mathematics or calculations are eliminated, allowing for fewer operator errors.

VEPOSE

VEPOSE is an add-on for CALIPRI CB20 measurement systems. It determines the position of the vehicle on wheels or on the skid on a moving conveyor as well as during stop-and-go operation and transmits this information to subsequent robots for path correction.
With VEPOSE, you can reliably determine the exact position of each individual vehicle in all six dimensions. During conveyor operation, the conveyor system provides information about the next car body type to the VEPOSE system. The car body is measured by high-end stereo cameras positioned above it, and the measured point cloud is overlaid with stored reference data. The positional correction data calculated in this way is transmitted to the subsequent robots, enabling them to perfectly adjust their path movements for gap measurements to the actual vehicle position. This ensures the measurement accuracy of flush and gap measurements during assembly, even with highly variable vehicle positions.

Our British-made flat-handled cutting torches are manufactured to a high standard and are 100% fully tested and built to last with a lifetime warranty. There are two basic forms of hand cutting, the NM (Nozzle Mix) in which the fuel gas and oxygen are mixed in the nozzle and the Universal were the gases are mixed in the cutting torch head. Both versions can come as a “press to cut’’ or “release to cut” option. There is a wide range of lengths available from the standard 18”, 27” and 36”. Also, special requirements such as 3 metres are available upon request.

Rotary-Pro Parts Accumulator

The Rotary-Pro is a stand-alone parts handling system designed to safely convey and collect finished components from all types of CNC machines, requiring no machine interface or specialist training to operate.

Electrical power can be supplied from an independent supply or from any Hydrafeed Barfeed system.

Large volumes of components can be stored safely with no damage to parts allowing CNC machines to run unattended for prolonged periods.

The Rotary-Pro “soft handles” finished components on high lubricity plastic to minimize friction and keep parts safe from damage.

MSV65 Short Magazine Barfeed

A full servo-driven Barfeed, the MSV65 eliminates the need for compressed air.

Unrivalled performance and accuracy combined with a user-friendly set-up make the MSV65 the ideal solution for increasing productivity from your machine tool.

Features:
Standard bar diameter range 5-65mm.
The bars are soft-loaded from the storage magazine onto rollers, providing minimum friction and allowing bars of an irregular shape or with a rough surface to be loaded.
An easy-to-use HMI screen allows the operator to enter workpiece details. The programmed information is stored, resulting in minimum changeover time between saved jobs.
For shaft work, the pushrod may be utilised as a backstop.
The accuracy of the bar positioning is achieved by the precision ground servo-driven ball screw.
The bar storage magazine has a standard depth of 600mm with simple gradient adjustment.
The MSV65 is fixed to floor-mounted sliding rails in the X axis providing safe and easy access to the rear of the machine tool.

Optional Extras:
For bars longer than the lathe headstock a Bar Support Unit will be required. This safely supports bar lengths outside the confines of the lathe headstock.
The bar storage magazine can be fitted to the front of the Barfeed.
Increased bar storage magazines can be provided.
The floor-mounted sliding rails can be provided with Z-axis retraction.

The bar storage magazine has the facility to unload up to 5 rows of components depending on the length of the components.

Infinity Full-Length Magazine Barfeed

The Infinity full-length magazine Barfeed has a standard bar diameter range from 3mm to 45mm and is suitable for sliding-head CNC turning centres.

The operator can change the bar diameter setting in seconds using the touchscreen PLC. This reliable and robust Barfeed features an innovative self-adjusting guide channel which means that no additional guide channel sets are required.

Features:
The Infinity Barfeed is managed via the touchscreen PLC allowing operators to change bar diameters in seconds.

The self-adjusting guide channel supports the full range of bar diameters. Thanks to both this self-adjusting guide channel and the robust build of the Barfeed, bars are safely supported with no compromise to the RPM of the lathe.

The Infinity offers two standard options for remnant management. Either rear extraction back into the Barfeed or front ejection into the CNC turning centre.

A single-level magazine with 265mm of storage capacity.

Optional Extras:
The Infinity can be equipped with optional bar storage systems. Choose from a multi-level magazine with 4 different levels each with 250mm capacity, or a ratchet magazine for smaller diameter bar diameters of 6mm and under.

An additional clamping system can be installed, providing additional support.

The Infinity can be equipped with dedicated steady blocks. This provides additional support for hexagon and square bars.

X-Files-s Full-Length Magazine Barfeed

A full-length magazine Barfeed, the X-Files-s is suitable for fixed-head CNC turning centres and has a standard bar diameter range from 10mm to 100mm.

The operator can change the bar diameter setting in seconds using the touchscreen PLC. This reliable and robust Barfeed features an innovative self-adjusting guide channel which means that no additional guide channel sets are required.

The X-Files-s Barfeed is managed via the touchscreen PLC allowing operators to change bar diameters in seconds.

The self-adjusting guide channel supports the full range of bar diameters. Thanks to both this self-adjusting guide channel and the robust build of the Barfeed, bars are safely supported with no compromise to the RPM of the lathe.

The X-Files-s offers maximum stability for bars running at a high RPM and outperforms any comparable Barfeed.

The Barfeed is fitted with a floor-mounted sliding rail that provides Z-axis movement of 600mm for ease of access to the rear of the machine tool.

The X-Files-s offers two standard options for remnant management. Either rear extraction back into the Barfeed or front ejection into the CNC turning centre.

Optional extras:
The X-Files-s can be equipped with 3 different floor loading bar storage systems. Choose from a multi-level magazine with 3 different levels each with 300mm capacity, or 700mm deep floor-mounted magazine with access for forklift loading. The third option is an extra-large capacity bundle loader with a maximum load of 2 tonnes of material.

Front-mounted external steady block can be fitted to provide additional support for bars 20mm and under.
The X-Files-s can be equipped with dedicated steady blocks. This provides additional support for hexagon and square bars.

Coby CNC Cobot

Hydrafeed's first collaborative robot; the technology behind Coby comes from RoboJob. Combining great operational versatility with user-friendly software that allows an uncomplicated user experience.

With Coby you can load and unload round discs, hexagonal pieces and and square or rectangular blocks, so Coby can automate both turning and milling machines. The maximum lifting capacity of Coby is 5kg, so it is perfect for lighter work. If your Coby has a single gripper, then the cobot will be able to carry a workpiece of up to 5kg. If your Coby has a double gripper, then he can carry 2 workpieces of up to 2.5kg each.

You can load plastic workpieces on to the cobot by regulating Coby's gripping pressure to prevent the gripper jaws from leaving marks on softer materials.

You can choose from either integrated or separated automation in the Mill-Assist range

For integrated models, the automation is built on one fixed frame. This means you can easily remove the robot when maintenance to the CNC machine is needed. What’s more, you can also effortlessly move your automation system from one CNC machine to another.

For separated models, the key elements are constructed separately from each other. This means that you’ll have separate pick-and-place units and robot positions, which allows for flexibility in floorplan design.
