How do you trust the data in an Industry 4.0 world?

23 Apr 2020
The next generation of manufacturing technologies will have precision, autonomy and intelligence in their DNA. Machines will be able to recognise and adapt to changes in their environment, to assure product quality and conformance, every time. To achieve this, we need to be able to trust the data that the machines are basing their decisions on. NPL is working with industry to address the challenges of data trust, from the sensors that capture the data to the algorithms that make decisions for us
