First Showing of New SupplySystem on Stand H6-157 at MACH 2018

to be held at the NEC between 9-13th April

SupplySystem, a highly-configurable, modular inventory management system backed by Intelligent Cloud software will be demonstrated for the first time in the UK by tooling and industrial consumables vending specialist, Tooling Intelligence Ltd on Stand H6-157 at the forthcoming MACH 2018 exhibition, at the NEC between 9-13th April.

The latest addition to SupplyPro's portfolio of advanced stock control technology, SupplySystem offers users simple deployment and operation, along with future-proofed flexibility and efficiency in the management of all types of industrial consumables.

“The result is a cost-effective solution tailored to individual user's requirements, which can be quickly updated and repeatedly customised to meet changing demands,” says Tooling Intelligence's director, Richard Swaffield. “With more than two million potential configuration options, SupplySystem is ideal for all types of inventory applications, providing maximum storage space utilisation and ongoing return on investment.”

SupplySystem's unparalleled flexibility is based on a comprehensive range of standard storage units, which are integrated into bespoke solutions to suit each customer's needs. In addition, advanced configuration software and proprietary algorithms allow SupplySystem installations to be updated as required, with further modular units incorporated quickly and effectively - to dramatically streamline system utilisation.

Deployment, installation and operation could not be easier. Customers simply submit a series of key inventory configuration metrics; such as product attributes, levels of control, stocking level and restock frequency to SupplyPro's intelligent configuration software, which will analyse millions of options before producing a tailored proposal for system implementation - including the optimal size, type and quantity of storage units required.

SupplySystem's modular design and 'clip together' assembly allows distributors and end users alike to create the most efficient solution possible, without the need for additional tools.

“All that is required is an electrical socket and an internet feed,” notes Swaffield. “And if operating requirements change, the configuration can be quickly amended and additional storage units added - with SupplySystem's intelligent software automatically updating user control.”

Incorporating advanced functionality and 24/7 direct access to SupplyPro’s inventory control experts, SupplySystem’s Intelligent Cloud software package provides up-to-the-moment usage information that can be accessed on a wide range of connected devices, including mobile phones.

By harnessing the power of the cloud, SupplySystem also delivers real-time business intelligence to distributors, enabling them to both maximise efficiencies and provide strategic insight into their customers' operations. The system features numerous on-line tools and wizards that will even detect problems and alert distributors before they become apparent to end users. In addition, it has the ability to troubleshoot all critical operating parameters, making it the most intelligent, self-sufficient inventory management solution on the market today.

Other tooling and industrial consumables control solutions to be demonstrated by Tooling Intelligence Ltd on Stand H6-157 at MACH 2018 will include examples of SupplyPro's well-established SmartDrawer modules for stand-alone and integrated systems.
