Deublin introduces "Selective Seal Control" technology

Deublin introduces patent pending “Selective Seal Control” technology with its new 1159 Series Coolant Union. “Selectively Controlled Seals” are designed to:
• Close when high pressure coolant or MQL is used through the spindle
• Remain closed during tool change to channel residual coolant away from the spindle
• Support vacuum removal of residual coolant for faster tool change
• Act as “contactless” seal for unlimited speed and running time with pressurized dry air
• Separate when no media is present, for unlimited dry running
