THE VALIDATION CENTRE (TVC) LTD, unveil four brand new products at MACH 2012.

TVC are using MACH 2012 exhibition to debut four new products. The Mini Arc Logger or MAL is a compact battery powered welding data logging system which has all the functionality to produce welding procedure reports and documentation at a budget price. The unit is aimed at the smaller operations that do not require the sophistication and technical features of the ALXII range, but still require hard copy reports of as welded procedure and test welds. The unit also replaces the manual auditing equipment allowing batch testing or spot checks on production welds to be made quickly and without the inherent errors of stopwatches and clamp meters. This affordable unit can be seen on stand number 4578 in the AWD Welding World Village.

The Nozzle Flow Meter is the second of the four new products being launched at this year’s MACH 2012. The NFM is a light hand held shielding gas flow measuring tool that can be used either as a stand-alone unit or connected to any of the Arc Logger Ten II (ALXII) Welding Data Logging systems to give a permanent record of shielding gas flow right at the welding torch.
The system comes in a handy carry case which also contains a selection of nozzles and a flexible hose for hard to reach machine welding torches.
See this and the entire range of ALX and ALXII Welding Data Logging Equipment on stand 4578 in the AWD Welding World Village at MACH 2012.

The Weldwise Welder Training System allows new student welders to learn the basics of welding torch manipulation and position without the need for welding plant, consumables or test pieces. The Weldwise unit is a welding simulator which removes all the hazards and consumable costs while new student welders learn the basics of their craft. The sophisticated software tracks the position and travel of an actual welding torch and displays it on a computer monitor for further evaluation by both student and teacher. The system shows the students’ progress as they become more familiar with the requirements of different welding processes before being moving on to the real thing. The system will improve welder training timescale, reduce cost and eliminate welding consumables and waste in the early stages of welding education. The Weldwise unit will be running live on stand 4578. Come and have a go.

Finally TVC will be unveiling the WeldM8 iPhone application at MACH 2012. Visit us on stand 4578 for a practical demonstration of WeldM8 which is a must for welders, welding engineers and all other welding professionals.
