ONDRIVES PRECISION SPUR GEARS RANGE

Ondrives Ltd have recently launched a precision spur gear range which is already proving to be highly popular, states Sales Manager, Barbara Fisher. This range is just one part of a recent new line of power transmission products introduced at Ondrives, including gear racks, helical gears, worms and wheels, bevel gears and pulleys and belts.

The precision spur gears range from 0.5 Mod right through to 3.0 Mod and numbers of teeth available as standard start at 18 going up to 250, with different numbers of teeth available on request. They are manufactured to Quality Grade 7e25 DIN 58405 (AGMA Q10) as standard and are available in 817M40T steel, 805M20 case hardened steel to 58 HRC, 303 and 316 stainless steel. Anti-backlash versions of all the standard precision spur gears are also available as standard.

Modifications such as tapped holes, pin holes, keyways and different bores are all easily catered for on request, and complete specials to customer’s drawings are welcomed.

The recent purchase of an INOVA gear inspection machine will add to the quality and range available to purchase.
