Spectrum Metrology Ltd
With many years experience Spectrum Metrology takes time to understand your application and offer the best metrology solution. Exhibits include:
- Precision video measuring microscopes
- Digital projectors with dxf import
- Surtronic workshop roughness testers
- 4DSpec patented shopfloor 3D micro-defect gauges
- Autocollimators for machine tool slideway straightness
Spectrum Metrology would like to invite visitors to the MACH exhibition to witness the optical clarity and precision of their latest models of digital projector and video microscopes, manufactured by German designers Dr Schneider Messtechnik.
The Schneider digital projector takes traditional shadowgraphs to the next level, using an LED top light illumination system to view additional component features and allowing DXF files to be imported for fast definition of circles, lines, angles and more.
Where more rigorous measurements are required, the Schneider WM1 video measurement microscope takes camera based measurement one step further. Configured to meet individual requirements, the CNC model can also be extended into a multi-sensor device with the addition of a tactile probe. A range of image field sizes are available or manual/motorised zoom can be selected.
The digital projector and workshop microscope are just 2 of the metrology systems in the Schneider range, which also includes shaft measurement systems, large volume profile projectors and rapid 2D measurement devices.
